My stay was absolutely wonderful! The resort is set in a stunning location surrounded by nature, making for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, providing a beautiful view of the rainforest. The only downside was that there were no scheduled talks during my visit, so make sure to check ahead if you're interested in those activities. Overall, the experience was enriching and enjoyable.

The resort offers a unique and pampered experience in a beautiful rainforest setting, perfect for those looking to indulge and enjoy nature. The bungalows are lovely and provide a serene getaway, but the on-site restaurant and breakfast service did not meet my expectations given the price. While it's a great place for relaxation and stargazing, be prepared for limited dining options and additional costs.

Rooms

The bungalows were spacious, private, and beautifully integrated into the rainforest, offering a lovely atmosphere. However, they felt a bit dark and dismal at times.
Service

The service was attentive and friendly, with staff going above and beyond to assist. However, I found that the dining experience could have been better managed.
Location
9.0
Nestled within the rainforest and near uncrowded beaches, the location is ideal for nature lovers, but a rental car is necessary for reaching nearby areas.
Dining

Breakfast offerings were standard and sometimes slow to replenish, making it a bit disappointing for such a high-end resort. I found the options limited and had to request additional items.
Facilities

The amenities included lovely nature walks and stargazing tours, but I felt that the overall upkeep of the grounds could use some attention.

I had an amazing four-night stay in a rainforest room that felt both private and peaceful, thanks to its scenic view overlooking a rock pool. The walk to the main building for meals was manageable, especially since it was downhill after dining. The wildlife surrounding the hotel was a constant highlight, and I enjoyed the helpful service from all staff, especially during our astronomical experience. The pristine beach was an added bonus, although the shuttle service to Port Douglas came at an extra cost. Overall, I felt very satisfied with my choice to stay here instead of in Port Douglas.

My stay at the resort was a delightful escape in a breathtaking natural setting. The rooms provided stunning views and a comfortable atmosphere, though some might find the rustic feel a tad limiting. The service was attentive but seemed a bit stretched at times. The dining experience was exceptional with amazing food, although the walk back to the room from the restaurant could use some lighting. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there, surrounded by lush rainforest and the beautiful Coral Sea.

Rooms
8.0
The jungle room was clean, well-stocked, and offered incredible views of both the rainforest and the ocean. It's set up like a campout experience with a bathtub and a private outlook. However, the rooms are only serviced every second day, which isn't ideal in such a tropical climate.
Service
7.0
The service was aimed at creating a welcoming atmosphere, and while the staff were kind and made efforts to enhance our stay, I noticed they seemed a bit exhausted at times. They also provided transportation for less mobile guests, which was much appreciated.
Location

The location is simply breathtaking, set on a peninsula that juts into the Coral Sea, surrounded by lush habitats and plenty of wildlife to explore. It feels secluded and private, perfect for those looking to unwind.
Dining

Dining was a highlight of the trip with beautiful food served while overlooking the Coral Sea. The setting was relaxed, allowing us to enjoy the sea breeze, although getting back to our room was a bit daunting due to the lack of lights on the path.
Facilities

The resort boasts two beautiful pools and a private beach with lounging chairs and hammocks. There are several walking paths throughout the property that provide a chance to immerse in the natural surroundings.
